Therefore, the following policies are honored and strictly enforced:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24-hours’ advance notice you will be charged 100% Booking Fee. This will be charged at time of cancellation or amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. For pre-paid holders, this would count as ½ a session. Gift Certificates, eGift Cards or vouchers holders, it would count for ½ of the value of the service scheduled would be deducted from the Gift Certificate.
Same day cancellation, will be charged 100% of the service fee. No exceptions!
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show.” They will be charged a Full Amount for their “missed” appointment. This will be charged at time of no show or amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. For Pre-paid holders, this would count as one full session. For Gift Certificate, eGift Cards or Groupon voucher holders, the value of the full massage or service will be deducted from the Gift certificate, eGfit Card/ voucher.
If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist or technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment or reschedule your appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist or technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
